We had 2 cold sandwiches, $50 with horrible service, no thank you. Ordered delivery today, was told my food would arrive in 20 minutes. 1 mile down the road. My food took over 1 hour 40 minutes to show up and then I had to direct the delivery driver to the address. In a day and age with GPS, this shouldn't be an issue. And the business is in your surrounding neighborhood! Repeatedly called the store and when we got through, the lady kept telling us that our food was on its way. In that much time, we could have walked there and back.

Ordered online and indeed they were very quick. Tasty sandwich and the bag of chips was actually full. Manager was really great and very nice, definitely will go here again.Recommended dishesJimmy Cubano

Disappointed with this location. I work 5 minutes away. If you get green lights, less.  It took 45 minutes for a 20$ sandwich? At least they got my order correct this time. Previous order was an Italian, and a turkey avavado... Got an Italian and a tuna... Not going to be ordering from here anymore.

Veggie sandwich was tasty; however, it was nothing like my order. I was there yesterday 11-8-21.  I ordered veggie:scoop the bread, cut in half, extra veggies.  Sounded like the last 1,000 times I said it.  The young woman repeated my order and handed it to some tall guy who made the sandwich.  Gee,  he heard the order then read it and still he gave me No scoop the bread, No cut in half, and No extra veggies.  Love the Veggie Sandwich so will try other locations for awhile.  Maybe this guy will find his true work passion and follow his dream...its not customer service.

Unfortunately I used to be able order a sandwich ahead of time on the app and it would be waiting for me at the pickup table. In the past few months it’s almost never ready even with 20+ min lead time. Have been late to work due to wait times upwards of 15 minutes for my order once I arrive at the store. When I do arrive staff don’t engage or ask if I’m waiting on anything. Staff by and large also do not seem motivated to work hard to engage customers. Hoping this can be improved.

Edited my original review. My first sandwich was messed up, but the manager there is great and took care of it. Mistakes happen everywhere, and the second sandwich turned out great so I can't complain.

They have great bread and fresh veggies. They really are fast! I love that I can order ahead of time and just walk in and pick it up! I like  their kicker ranch but it's  not spicy which I like, I wish there was an option to put it directly on the sandwich as opposed to ordering a side of it.

Took the delivery driver 1 hr to deliver my sandwich and it was a 5 min drive or less. I thought they were suppose to be known for there speed.

They don't show the full menu on the website so I had to call and ask what their menu was. Took over an hour to get delivery even though I was less than 4 blocks away

Was loving this place; but, the last 2 times I have gone in I have been unhappy with my order.  Today 7-20-21, I asked for double veggies and did not get it.  Jamin took my order and I am sure he heard me because I said " ... not all the veggies in the shop, just the ones that come with the veggie sandwich".  He said ok.  And, the time before that last week I was to get a pickle with my order and it was not there.  They usually wrap it with the sandwich. Once I can understand, twice it is personal:   Since these guys don't know me, I assume someone back there doesn't like women or doesn't like the boss.....too bad for the guy losing business because of someone's hate.
