Food and service were good. Kind of an old fashioned diner in the decor choices. They have American and New Mexican food choices. I got the TGG sandwich and it was good (turkey, green chile, guacamole, and bacon).

We attended the customer appreciation day event ($1.00 Sandwiches), and the store ran out of bread. 
The owner appeared to be very generous by offering a free sandwich card with his signature, if you purchased a $1.00 lettuce wrap. The free sandwich card could be redeemed at a later date.
However, the owner was very discerning who he gave a free sandwich card to.  We even witnessed him lying to some customers that he ran out of cards, when he clearly did not.
Our customer service recommendation would be to treat all customers fairly, and if you are going to offer a promotion offer it to all customers, not just a select few. 
This was our first time eating at Jimmy Johns, since the owner appeared to be so bias this will be our last time eating at his establishments.

Friendly and efficient staff. The Turkey Tom is my go-to sandwich. Cookies and brownies are also very good. Jimmy John personally Slaughters all the meats used at this particular location.

I just purchased a #9 Italian Club and when I got back to work, I found lettuce and tomato and no meat.  The manager, Stephanie, told me to take time off of work to pick up a sandwich with meat.  This when they have delivery.  Extremely disappointed!
