First time ordering from here. Got the ham and cheese sub, and the garlic and parsley fries. Food was delicious! Didn’t eat in, but dining area looked very clean. Staff was super friendly. Will definitely be back. Gonna try the pizza next time.
Best pizza and Italian sandwiches in Berks County! Be sure to add one of their amazing salads. Super speedy service and friendly staff!
I had a #20 cheese steak but had them change the peppers to the hot peppers in oil. Some people call them long hots. Really delicious! The only thing I'd do next time is add sauce. This is important: the rolls are excellent! Fries are plentiful. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Tables are clean. Very friendly people! Parking: Good amount of off-street parking, easy to exit at the traffic light.
Anyone who grew up in Muhlenberg knows Pizza Como. Best slice in Berks County, fresh ingredients, blows away the big chain pizza places. Phil is carrying on the tradition of a family feel to the restaurant that Sal and Joe instilled for many decades prior. Plus, there are now two indoor golf simulators which are perfect for the winter months, hooky from work, and not losing 15 balls!
Fantastic subs when you get the roll toasted! I wish they would just do this by default. It takes the subs to a whole new level. The Italian Chef Salad was insultingly small. Barely any meat and cheese. Pizza looks like it's on par with Chuck-E-Cheese
Two friends from sicily bought the restaurant it had been a chicken place, Joe and Sal are good guys who worked hard adding two more restaurants i spent a lot of time here as a twelve to sixteen year old playing pinball and watching Joe hand toss pizza's it was across the street from south temple pool and had great food and Joe and Sal were hilarious Sal never did master the art of shaking the pinball machine without tilting but it was nice they added the finer dinning part about fifteen years open and finally got the giant chicken in the nest down with the help rof a giant crane they hated the chicken but good times good guys and Thanks for all the memories.
The owner was so welcoming and the food was fabulous. Authentic Italian. Will go back again and again!Food: 5/5
My family has been enjoying delicious sandwiches and pizza from Pizza Como for over 30 years. The staff are always wonderful and the place is clean. I do miss the better fries they used to have and the pretzel sticks were a favorite for my kids, wish they still had them for my grandkids.
