Do Not Order from this location. I never write reviews and I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering from this location. First off after I placed and was awaiting my order I was told they have no way of honoring special offers for online orders when the special is specific for online orders. The delivery driver forgot our soda and said she would be "right back" with it. After a 45 minute wait I called the store and spoke to the rudest most unprofessional needs to take a proper English class so called manager named Paul. He first questioned me about what color car the delivery driver was in and advised me that they are backed up 3 hours "so why would he send the soda" that we didn't get but paid for. He said other things that I didn't understand but I will be complaining to the corporate office about this ghetto disrespectful store.

Did an online order for delivery. My estimated delivery time was sent. After over 45 minutes of waiting for my order to arrive we called the store. The first time we called we got hung up on. The second time a male answerd the phone by the name of He proceeded to say that the order was cancelled & they left a voicemail. There was no voicemail. We proceeded to ask for the manager. A male by the name of "Paul" picked up. After explaining the situation once again, Paul had a very unprofessional tone and attitude towards the situation and said "I am not finna argue with you." After I explained the "no-show" order to him. In reality no one was arguing. After asking the number to the corporate office, he hesitated and proceeded to say "You can the store manager tomorrow." Which is not what I asked. This is no way how an employee should talk to a customer let alone a manager, if he even is a manager. I will not be ordering from the Cleveland Heights location ever again. I now see why this location has such terrible reviews. Thanks for doing me a favor by not delivering the pizza you just saved me time, money and FURTHER frustration. The other customers reviews just confirmed how terrible this franchise operates.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT RESTAURANT!!!!! Absolute Horrible Customer Service, Incompetent Management And Disrespectful Workers. Order Was Messed Up Multiple Times And Called Multiple Times And Got Disrespected Over The Phone PLUS They Tried To Get More Money Out Of Me By Wanting Me To Re-pay For The Order I Just Put Through! And I Didn't Get All The Food I Ordered! This Restaurant Deserves ZERO STARS In My Estimation. Will Never Get Delivery From Them Again And I Believe A Serious Need For Training Is Needed For The Workers And Management. Customers Are Supposed To Come First But They Are A Below Average Pizza Hut And I Believe This One Should Be Closed Down Or Bring New Management In.

AWEFULL AWEFULL AWEFULL AWEFULL!!!!!!! Never wrote a review in my life, but this is the most unrealisticly bad experience I’ve ever had in my life with and kind of business.... over 2 months I’ve placed orders that I never receive and when you call you get forwarded to call center and complain about issue and they forward you back to this store and they answer and Hangup on you. The pizza is poorly made and the managers are the worst I’ve ever met in any industry. If I was a manager I would be embarrassed by my poor and lazy work ethics.
