Ordered wings online, arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time and still had to wait 20 minutes.( the place wasn't busy at all) When I arrived to the restaurant the cashier was playing on her phone for about 3 minutes while I was standing there trying to pay for my order. The floor was sticky and gross, the cashier was rude. The professionalism was definitely missing, they need to hire a real manager to take care of business. This was my first time at Wingstop and may be my last.

When walking in to this place, i was greeted by the cashier treasure, she was very pleasant and polite, she went above and beyond beyond met all my expectations for my experience there. She definitely made my day!!! And the food was great!!!😊

Wings are tasty and made to order. Highly advisable to order ahead online to avoid a twenty to thirty minutes wait. Condiment and drink area was not clean on the two visits we made. Tables were not cleared or cleaned after diners left. Cashier repeated order back, but order was incorrect. Cashier promptly corrected.

Fast good service but the boneless wing were heavily seasoned to much for my taste..

I am not sure why the cooks are on dirty phones while they are COOKING FOOD! I also do not understand why the cashier is drinking out her cup while taking my order. PROFESSIONALISM PEOPLE!
