I have had the worst experience with Pizza Hut. There call center is a joke Kerisha a manager at the call center wouldn’t even do her job. I have two credits on my account where Pizza Hut has messed up. The manager wouldn’t even try to find the credit and she kept trying to pawn me off on another person she ended up hanging up on me which is very unprofessional!!! I will never use Pizza Hut ever it’s the worst place ever!!!

Food is not bad ....but service is really bad even some racist if u are hispanic after couple times I stop buying pizza over there I buy dominos and papa John now ;)

Salad bar was mostly empty and what was there was not fresh. They were not busy and it still took an hour to get our order made and out to us. I do not see how this place has stayed in business as long as it has since every time I bring my family, which is not often, the service just gets worse.

Customer service is AWFUL! We ate there. I couldn't tell who the manager was or if there even was one. Took probably 15 minutes before they even come to our table to take drink order. People were coming in to get to go orders and they were leaving without their order because they had not fixed it . One guy came in to pick his order up they told him it would be 7 more minutes so he waited , 20 minutes later he was still waiting . We had another couple with us that ordered the same time we did and they go t their pizza after we were done eating. One girl was talking on her cell phone while making the pizza and a lady waiting to be seated called her out on it and told her she needed to get off the phone and wash her hands. Will NOT BE BACK!! Won't surprise me if this place Shuts down due to poor management and customer service!!! Oh yeah , the guy waiting on his pizza was still waiting when we left and they told him it would be only 7 minutes. As far as the girl talking on the phone , she ran out crying!!

Extremely slow and unorganized, booths were filthy with black oil marks from dirty hands getting in and out of booths, sneeze guards were all with greasy finger prints, ordered a quick personal pan pizza 25 minutes later still waiting. My hands stick to the table... Who leads this outfit anyway, go to Tullahoma Pizza Hut and learn.
