The food is great compared to some other Taco-Bells I've been to, it's always been clean, and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my order. My only complaint is the order accuracy hasn't always been correct. I.E. missing or wrong items, lettuce when I ordered no lettuce, things of that nature. Overall for fast food in Shelbyville, I'd recommend this place over the other major chains.

Always love coming to this location. Staff are always chipper and they are fun to talk to if they aren't too busy. Food is great and always fresh!

Cashier spotted my work ID and called me by name without having to ask me. That NEVER happens anymore. Great location!

I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my food when I finally got it I went out to the parking lot to check it and my Crunchwrap Supreme was not even folded halfway and I took a couple bites and realize there was barely any meat in it. I always have trouble with this Taco Bell for some reason.. and since I didn't want to wait in line again I tried to call and complain to just let them know and of course they didn't even answer.! So I don't know if they knew they did a bad job or if they just don't care but I've complained on this Taco Bell like five times and I've never complained on any other place ever I don't even review stuff. This is the first thing I ever reviewed. I just wanted Taco Bell to know what a s***** job they did and they didn't even answer my phone call for me to tell him so I won't be going back there

Crystal J was who took our order and she was a delight to talk to. She was super sweet and helped us with all oir questions. She came around asking everyone in the lobby if everything was ok at every single table. She did not treat anyone like it was her job more like she was a friend. She made the experience worth repeating!!!
