We have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for over 7 years. Today we ordered 2 pizzas; a cheese and olive, and a vegetable with chicken for delivery. We received our pizza and ate it. Half way eating we realized their was Italian sausage in our pizza, which is a type of pork. In our religion it's forbidden to eat pork and my siblings our allergic of pork. We called and their solution was getting us a new pizza in replace or a refund. We did not accept this offer because we didn't call for money or another pizza we called to inform them that they have unsatisfied customers and should next time be more careful to give what the customer asks. We have lost our trust in this company and my family do not even have the appetite to eat another pizza. We will no longer be Pizza Hut customers because of this incident. I do not recommend and am in shock of all this situation. If there were negative ratings I would rate it negative :(

This is hands down the best pizza hut to dine in at around the country solely because of the server. It can be slow because they are understaffed but the waitress that we have had 3 times now (glassesand red headed young lady) works hard for this restaurant. I watched her answer phones, seat people, take orders and deliver orders. Her manager stands behind the counter and does nothing to help her and obviously feel entitled because of the position. This waitress deserves that management position a lot more than their current manager. The cooks are lazy though and served my daughter cold food last time but again the server was pleasant in getting the problem fixed. I wish this was closer to cleveland because I would offer this young lady a job in a heart beat!

Ordered a pizza and when we got home it was wrong. The crust was over cooked as well. I called and the man said he would remake it for me. He did give me a cookie as well for the trouble. Got home again and the new pizza was wrong also. I have them a second chance and there will be no 3rd time is a charm for this place....

I cant even rate it honestly. Because they have a sign right next to the door stating the hours.. opened at 11.. there i was staring at locked doors at 11:30 and no employee inside to be seen. Nice business strategy

Don't even waste your time going here, if you want good Pizza Hut go to one on Clinton Hwy. I would get a Pizza at Wal-Mart before going here. Horrible
