This store can't get an order right to save their lives. I ordered in November and received the incorrect order, so I called and told them. They said my next pizza would be free after taking my name and number. When I attempted to order again to give them another try, they knew nothing about this free pizza I was supposed to be receiving. Ok..it's been awhile, maybe I waited too long, so I paid again. Got it home only to find the WRONG ORDER again! When I called to say I got the wrong order I was told the manager was "too busy" and I needed to call back later or bring the pizza back. The woman seemed genuinely unconcerned. Seriously, they need to get it together. I hope this place closes and one opens that will actually deliver to my house (they will not deliver to me and I'm only two miles away) and maybe get an order right once in awhile. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order from this Pizza hut again.!

Ordered delivery. Received a call from them 20 minutes later that their delivery driver was backed up with orders so I could either pick it up or they would cancel. Great service Pizza hut. I expect nothing less.

This was an extremely horrible experience😥. First time ever actually crying over pizza delivery experience. 3 hour wait when promised 1and half hour. Rude customer service and bad food. I don't expect the world from Pizzahut. Fresh food and good customer service is a must. My wings taste like old bbq sauce my pizza sauce old and marinara sauce taste old. I WANT MY GOD DAMB MONEY BACK!

If I could rate this with no stars, I would. I placed a delivery order for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks at 7:16pm on 8/31 and was given an 85 minute wait time; which meant an 8:40 delivery time. At 8:19pm, I received a text message saying that my order was out for delivery. 40 minutes later my order still had not arrived so I called the store. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and called back; spending another 15 minutes on hold before I hung up again. I called a third time (it's now 9:15pm) and explained that I had placed an order two hours ago and that I received the notification saying it was out for delivery an hour ago. I further explained that I lived 6 minutes from the store so I didn't understand why my pizza still wasn't delivered an hour after it was sent for delivery. The woman I spoke to said they only had one driver working tonight and that he had left a half hour ago (so around 8:45) to deliver 4 separate orders and that she did not know why I had received the text so early. She apologized and I hung up figuring that my order would be here any minute now as the delivery person had been out delivering for 35-40 minutes at this point. So I waited. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting (the order was sent to a condo so I was in the lobby waiting) I decided that I was going to go up stairs and put the 2-year old child I was watching to bed after giving him a small dinner as he, too, was waiting on the pizza to eat. It was now around 9:40 and I still had not heard from the delivery person who was to call my cell number when he or she arrived. It is now 10:30pm-- 3.5 hours after the order was placed and 2 hours after the promised delivery time-- and I still have not received my order. As the store closes at 10:00pm, I could not contact anyone when I started calling again at 9:45 to ask where my order was. Needless to say, I nor the other person staying here have eaten dinner now and will have to make something instead.

It was slow and on the night we tried to order delivery apparently their delivery drivers decided to just not show up for work that day. After going to the store in person to pick up it still took way longer than they told us to prepare the pizza.
