I like the chicken, but the service is terrible. Every time I go, I have to wait a long time for my order. The last time I went, I ordered the mild chicken tenders. They said they were out but it would be 4 more minutes for the next batch. I said that's fine, I'll wait. Now, I don't mind waiting 4 minutes for my food but what I don't like is when you tell me 4 minutes but it is actually 30 minutes. No joke! I waited and waited and waited. And it turns out that I overheard the manager talking to an employee at about the 25 minute mark and the employee said he never made any tenders! So then they hurried up and made them for me. The manager didn't even have the guts to apologize to me and he hid in the back the rest of the time. I would have just left earlier but I had already waited so long and my family was at home expecting Popeyes. ☹

The food was good but thats it. The place was not clean at all. One of the workers held ice in his shirt to put in the soda machine and the manager had a beard net on but the guy in the back with food did not that makes no sense at all.

They need more dedicated workers. The mgr Jamar is trying it appears but its not enough. Maybe move the location up near other competitors.  Always been an issue with getting service in a timely fashion.  Hum??

This place needs shut down! Have been to many other Popeyes but this location was beyond horrible! Place was out of almost everything. No sides other than mashed potatoes, no shrimp, no chicken tenders. There were no napkins, straws or Ice. I felt like my family should of just thrown $30 in the garbage can & walked out because that is basically what we got. Garbage. There is no excuse for this kind of service. Employees were unapologetic to all the customers that had to continually come to the counter for items that were empty. Not to mention the facility was filthy and the ceiling leaked! Stay away!! If you want Popeyes go to a different location!
