Overall great experience ordering on a Friday night. I placed my order online, and it arrived within 45 minutes. The driver was friendly, engaging, and was great with my dogs (which goes a long way with dog owners!) When I noticed that the toppings on one of the two pizzas I ordered had all slid over to one side (a more common issue with the garlic/alfredo sauce I was told), I called in, and they took care of it immediately. I had a second fresh pizza at my house within 30 minutes, and received a very gracious apology from the employee at the store who took my call. I will order from here again!

The pizza arrived burnt and poorly made (almost half of slices were crust with no toppings). The cheese bread sticks were completely burnt, dry, and inedible. I called the store and shared my concerns with the manager, Sean, who said that he personally topped the pizzas and he was sorry I was dissatisfied but that's the way the pizzas are topped. If that's the way that Pizza Hut serves it's food we will not be ordering pizza from here again. I am happy to share that the pasta did arrive without being burnt (should I have to congratulate on edible food?) and was very good, so kudos to whoever was on pasta prep today. Finally, Sean was argumentative and defensive and did not even apologize for the food being burnt. As a manager his poor handling of the situation at the store level led me to go to the corporate level. Such customer service is not at all becoming of a store manager.

My experience was very positive. The food was delicious, my full order came, and the driver was very professional. It did take about 45 mins to arrive, which is why I didn’t rate it 5 star. Thanks Pizza Hut, I will be returning.

Not only. Did they mess up my orders when I call to talk to a manager they had me transfered to a answer in service. And have me on hold for 15 min. Really don't understand how it's so hard to take a order and make sure you receive it I'ma not impressed these please are lazy and sloppy. Will never order form them again!!!!!
