I have always had good experiences at this location. I usually only order carry-out and use the drive thru.  It's really quick. From the time I place my online order, my pizza is usually done in 15 minutes. They often have great deals with the best one being any large pizza, anyway you want for $10. It comes load and delicious.

The one in Shelbyville has taken a deteriated a lor in the past year, but the pizzas are still great if you have the patience.

All I can say is that the Manager Kim is really rude, obnoxious and doesn't have any managerial skills.  Not professional at all.  Wonder how she got this position???

I got charged $25 to create my own pizza online. The pizza arrived with everything but the sauce. All the toppings was right and delivery was fast. I went in to let them know the following day after I got off work, because I ordered late the previous night and had to work the following morning. When I went in  to talk to the supervisor, I was told I could have got that same pizza for $11 every day. Now I'm real upset. Why charge me $14 more for ordering online. She offered to make me the same pizza again with the sauce this time, but I didn't want pizza again. Then she said, she only credit me $11 for a pizza I spent $25 for and they got wrong. I spent over $80 with them that night. The two orders of wings and the other pizza was okay. I never raised my voice or argued. I said, okay, thank you and left. I didn't want all my money back because everything else was fine, but I wanted my $25 back for that messed up pizza.
