Extremely poor execution of food, most of the people in our group weren't very pleased and others just angry. For the $11 I paid for a bacon burger I expected more than 1 thin piece of bacon and perhaps put on the toppings it says it should come with. Unfortunately we got this as carry-out, and I assume to the kitchen that means "who cares, they won't be here to complain". The meat is very strange, almost microwaved if I had to guess and the bread is dripping with grease. Others in our group has similar experiences with their orders as well, very low quality and very high prices. I tossed most of my in the trash once I had eaten just enough not to starve before I go home for the day. What a waste of money, but this low quality food\service is becoming a standard in the industry which is why I rarely eat out anymore unless its a nice place with some type of management presence. This place clearly has zero leadership. I won't be back, and definitely recommend anyone to avoid carryout. Junk at best

The wait for our food was at least 50 minutes! There were just a few small carry-out orders while we were there and one other group had already received their food. They also wanted to charge $3 for a soft drink refill which we asked to be removed from the bill. I can only give this place three out of five stars.

Way over priced and overrated pizza and poor service. I can't help but think they had some issues going on becuase it was highly recommended.

Decent prizes on food and beer. The bartenders were not that great though. They hinted that my ID was fake, took forever to open a tab, and I had to ask twice to close my tab while one of them stood there and stared off into space. Probably a miscommunication but I am always unhappy when bartenders question my age. It’s not my fault I’m 30 and still gorgeous. Deal with it. 😘

Terrible bar & vibe - You literally have to beg for service or game showing. Bartenders are arrogant and non-attentive (they're usually in rapt conversation with another employee). Wick's doesn't know if it's a bar or a family place, leading to conflicts between servers and customers. This place has identity issues resulting in general lack of a cohesive mission (toward guests). Judging by manager's mass, more time is spent sampling product and watching floor from office than actually being on it. The product itself is an fat pile of arterial blockage lumped onto an overated platform of tasteless bread crust. Stick to the sandwiches, which are as good anywhere else. THIS Wicks does not live up to the reputation and love Louisvillian's have long had for this local chain. I heard they were going to move locations...probably a good idea.
