Great place to eat, fast service, great food great prices. Good parking, always has been very clean. I’ve always got friendly service always been treated with great service. Clean restrooms clean location altogether. I would recommend to everyone who is in the area and I will return. I’ve tried at all different times and during all holidays and always have been very impressed with this location.

It is 1/31/18 I ordered the special online n paid online at 8pm it is now 11pm and they are closed. I never got my pizza. No phone call nothing.. online it sat 35-45 minutes.. I spoke with a guy n he confirmed the time.. I have been calling and calling since 8:50 and noone will answer the phone.. the fax machine comes on n you call back n then u continue to get the advertised recording.. I'm so. Angry. My kids had to eat something not prepared and bed time was 9pm n they just getting in bed waiting on food that never came till ten o'clock... I've never experienced this here... I know you get busy but this is way to far n beyond a small time limit or an hour late... I want my money back I prepaid... And will call n complain tomorrow... The store is closed... I can't believe this...

I called in my order on my lunch break, in addition to my pizza I asked the guy on the phone if they had any type of fruit drinks. He said no all they had were sodas. I said ok in that case I just want the pizza. I pick up the pizza and what is the first thing I see when I walk in? A cooler with fruit punch, green tea and water, not only in 16oz bottles but 2 liters as well.  No, I didnt say anything because I was little heated. Then I had a different issue with the girl at the register, she says " Hey, can i help you?" looking down, no eye contact with me at all. I tell her my name. While I"m handing her my money, she was looking down texting, I was reaching my money to her for at least 10-15 seconds while she was texting. I'm sorry this is the most poor customer service I have seen in a while and clearly they need more training on how to treat their customers and the merchandise they have in store.

Could not deliver pizza due to firing the driver that shift. Not the first time they couldnt deliver due to a similar reason. Must not want to make money. Dont bother if you want delivery!

Ordered pizza at 7:50, was told it would take about 45 minutes.  A little over an hour later I called and was told he would be here any minute.  30 minutes later I called again, and again was told driver left with my order so would definitely be there soon.  After another 30 minutes I called again to speak to manager, she told me that my order had accidentally been marked as completed.  I had already paid when I placed the order and really didn't want to leave, so I asked if they would make me a fresh one and bring it straight to me.  The manager actually told me it would be 2 hours for them to bring it to me 5 miles away.  After I had waited almost 3 hours already!!!  I ended up driving there to pick up my pizza, the manager "said" she would give me $15 credit, I already paid a delivery fee so after that I wasn't even getting half price off the pizza.  Needless to say they no longer have my business.
