Waitress was fantastic, patient and easy on the eyes. Food was delicious  (are order was messed up a little but corrected before we got our food. Bonus was we also got the wrong pizza for free). Dinning are was really clean and upkept. The bathroom though looked like it came from a 70s horror film. Needs a good detail cleaning and remodel wouldn't hurt. All in all I enjoyed my time there with my family.

This review would be worth zero stars if it let me.
It is clearly stated at the restaurant and online of their closing times. No matter what day it is, this location will not take a delivery order an hour before closing. The same old "under staffed" excuse has been used for three years now. This place is literally a joke, and almost impossible to order from an hour before closing. Why say you "close" at 11:00, yet do not serve after 10:00? It is false advertisement, and the management is a sham. Same as the ownership. I am utterly surprised this place is not closed down, due the lack of commitment and customer service. Worst restaurant I have ever dealt with, by far.

Very disorganized front desk customer service. Refused to accept payment in person for a delivery order. Employees insisted that I call in my order. Employees refused to deliver to Starbucks location on Celanese Road just half a mile away from the the Pizza Hut location. Papa John got this order today and from now on it’s Papa John all the way.

Came in at 1130 in a thursday, we were the only diners eating in, carry out and delivery not too busy.  The dining room was a mess, every table was dirty, and my water had a floater.  Not sure how this much mess could have come from just today???  Made me question my food...

I normally order delivery, but on my way home I ordered some wings over the phone for pick up. I arrived 20 minutes later and still waited an additional 20-30 minutes for wings. Also the restaurant was dirty food and ice on the floor and I hate to say it but most of the employees looked dirty as well. I won't be ordering from this location again.
