Great place for a burger and other fixings including desserts. Not exactly the best place for a good steak but it is a good restaurant choice. Good & friendly staff. Restaurant is delivery and pick up and usually delivery takes longer than it should so that's something they should definitely work on. You're better off ordering for pick up. Overall good place to eat

VERY good service! Very polite professional and courteous. The delivery driver was on time that was promised and very nice. The food was cooked perfect and excellent with all the sides too. I don’t know about all these other bad reviews , maybe they just had something up their butt lol but every time I’m in Odessa I’m gonna get steak express! Very convenient

I have been in customer service for over26 years and never got  any complaints. I have ordered  from steak express  about 15 times and every time they have one rude person out of the 3 people  you have to deal with when ordering.  But I'm lazy and I LOVE STEAKS....  And I do believe that one day they will send me HOT FOOD and give good customer service all in one.

After more than a few times of ordering from this place, tonight was the last. One of the last orders I had placed showed up nearly  two hours after placing the order...without the additional Items I had payed for. Tonight, my order arrived after more than two and a half hours....without two of my sides EVEN THOUGH I wrote a reminder in the delivery text to include the sides. Still I tipped the driver, but this is terrible service. Just look at all the negative reviews this establishment has. Bad Business. Will not be placing any more orders.

I was just about to drop serious cash here on dinner for my family. So I called in to ask a simple question. The employee I spoke to was unknowledgable about your products, and quite rude. So I chalk it up to perhaps it being her first day, and perhaps they were slammed. So I look on here and see the immense amount of horrible reviews stating the same complaints over and over. Not even going to give this place a shot.
