Poor customer service. Took over hour and half to get our pizza.When we did get it it was cold and only received half of our order. The manger has piss poor attitude and should be in the unemployment line. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

We placed our order at 6:40, we didn't receive our order until 8:05. Our pizzas were ice cold and hard, and our brownie didn't show up. Then when we called they put us on hold for 8 minutes and hung up on our call. Then they complained about us asking for a refund. Don't waste your time.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! After watching Pizza Hut commercials for the last two days—thought we’d give them a try! What a disappointment—so frustrated!!! Ordered two specialty pizzas and brownie online—that’s the ONLY thing that was good! Pizza (NOT BROWNIE) was delivered TWO HOURS later and COLD, HARD, DISGUSTING!!! **Gonna try to upload pics) Not even close to edible. Called what i thought was the store but it was a service center that put me on hold for over 11 min and then hung up on me. BF called, waited six minutes and when i finally got to talk to tge ‘manager’ she NEVER apologized, just saud tgey were busy. As for not sending my brownie—she said she had been adking her employees for the ladt hour who it belonged too and no one knew! I foukd go on and on with what happened next—but im starving and Dominos just arrived—ordered it 35 min ago and it just arrived—SUPER Hot!!! Kudos to Dominos Pizza Hut—MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Will NOT ever order from them again and will tell everyone I know how awful the food was and the customer service was even worse! Manager should definitely be fired!!! She was rude and copped an attitude with me!

Pizza is just ok. I thought it was just how pizza hut is now but I had some from another store and it was amazing. So this location needs to do better. Every time I order the pizza is real greasy and the crust is never as crisp as it should be. Updating after a year. Customer service has improved but mistakes are still being made and the crust still just never is done all the way in my opinion.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! this place is horrible! Ordered online for delivery never received my order. Went to the store (of course they were closed) manager finally opens door. They say it's out for delivery. At this time it's been 2 hours. Clearly I don't want it anymore. So the manager offered to make it while I wait. Waited and waited finally pizza is ready and it's WRONG not even close to what I ordered. Manager was upset that I wanted a refund. So here's where it gets good! For some reason I tried again which is my own fault! about 9 months later I placed an order for delivery and can you guess what happened? I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!! I just don't understand how a place of business can gladly take my money but will not return great service let alone MY FOOD I purchased. So now I'm upset bc there's nothing I can do but to wait until they open tomorrow so I can get a refund and NEVER EAT PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!! I learned my lesson. You have been warned!
