I've ordered from them for give it 2.5+ years, they were slow on orders but seemed to be the only place that would deliver to my work. However on 11/4/2017 they decided they would claim to no longer deliver to my jobs location, also claimed they called me and advised me of this mix up (never happened) and they also canceled my order. After waiting  an hour and a half (to give them a chance) I called asking why the wait they told me this exciting story. Said I was credited my money, have a nice night. Awesome. 
To top all this off, I came into work tonight 11/7/17 and guess who magically delivered to my job? Oh you guys did. Great work.

Fire everyone and start over!  Or just close down this store. I've ordered from this store at least 3 times in a span of 2 months to the quality inn that I stay at for business. Food is always late and cold. They won't deliver to your door. 2 drivers call you from motel lobby to come get your food sounding upset that you weren't in the lobby already when they got there. I got a "homeless person" vibe from 2 of the delivery drivers, one of which smelled like marijuana. The one guy that actually delivered to my room seemed like a normal/sane person. Considering the bad reviews going back at least 8 months I suggest, fire everyone and start over or close it down. Maybe the neighborhood has social cohesion issues due to culture clashing or whatever but this store is ruining the Pizza Hut Brand.

Extremely bad customer service. Cashier doesn't even say "hi." When calling, the person who answers doesn't even bother to say that you're calling to Pizza Hut, or "how may I help you today?" Or anything similar. They just simply answer "yeah?".
When leaving they don't bother to say "goodbye" or "have a nice day." I wonder why upfront people were hired in the first place. The food is "OK" rate.

Ordered some pizza at 6:10. Confirmation email said it would be here by 7:40. Order never arrived. I tried calling around 8 and was told to give them another 10-15 minutes. Again...my order never arrived without even a call to explain what was going on. Will never waste my time with this place again.

Lovvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeee this pizza hut I always order online and my food is always great... They pay attention to every small detail I lovee them
