Story

21st Century FüD! We are an all plant based vegan sustainable restaurant with an emphasis on hearty "super" food and raw-living cuisine. We make our own cheezes and ice cream from cashews, sunflower and hemp seeds.

Our selection of rainbow raw and cooked dishes are comfort food inspired and provide for a variety of healthy diets. We create almost everything from scratch including over 25 sauces and 10 fillings every day. Our hand-crafted recipes are tasty, fun and super satisfying. We are flexible with and understand the needs of our customers, so we can accommodate a variety of things, including raw, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free and garlic or onion-free choices too!

Our sustainable practices include fluoride-free filtered water, composting, recycling, biocompostable to-go packaging and cutlery, buying local organic produce and providing the lowest impact food on the environment and the most SuperFüd impact on you!

I'd make this a franchise if I could. I'm an avowed carnivore but the dishes are tasty and well executed. I enjoyed the juices though 6oz for $7+ makes it more of a cocktail equivalent than a beverage to accompany a meal. The sunflower milk and really all their vegan dairy counterparts are gems. Really liked the"corned beef" jackfruit. Service can be slow and seating is limited but this is one of Kc's best and most distinctive restaurants

I’ve heard a lot about this place. First off, appetizers - we got the nachos. Was good but needed more sauce. We got to the bottom of the nachos and there wasn’t any more sauce for the rest of the chips. Chips are really tasty though! I kept seeing the Jack BBQ 🍖🍗everywhere so I got it. It was actually really good and it even looked like real bbq😱!!! The only problem was that it was super greasy🤢 and kind of pricey 💸for a measly sandwich🍔. But don’t get me wrong, portions are pretty big but I’ve seen better deals. We also got the Jack Ruben, which was supposed to be a hot 🔥sandwich but it wasn’t all that hot. Probably because sauerkraut is cold? ❄️ either way, I’m glad there’s a vegan restaurant here but it’s not the best one around.

Food is absolutely amazing, the eggy tofu was so delicious, the Mac and cashew cheese is one of their signature dishes. The cashew ice cream was one of the best I've had! You can watch them prepare your food in the kitchen that pretty much looks like your own home kitchen. The only thing that tainted my experience was when I asked for a take out, the server said they don't do that during rush hours but someone had just ordered take out and was waiting at the bar. I ended up waiting 15+ minutes for a table to be ready and another 20+ for food. It

Food was excellent, everything appeared to be made in-house, was very fresh, and excellently seasoned. The nachos and jackfruit Reuben were especially great. Shakes were outstanding. Service wasn't very organized. Don't go if you are in a rush. After our food arrived, we had to remind the server that we ordered shakes, while the people around us all got their shakes before their meal. Everyone was nice, just perpetually behind.

I am changing my review and though I enjoy the food and the enviorment, I need to put some clarity and a few more visits. The last 2 times I went the wait was extra long. This past time my group was there early with only one other person there. We took over 45 minutes to get our food. 15 minutes just to pay the check. Or work lunch went way to Long, messing up the rest of our day. They no longer had the half moons as a side. So the amount of food you get is on the lean side. You will need two entrees. First visit review: I loved the cozy dining area. The close quarters is only rivaled by places where you share tables. We went as a group from work, not all of us vegan, everyone enjoyed the food. My wife and I got the reuben and the bbq sandwiches. We stepped out and figured we would want more so we got half moons and taquitos. The sandwiches were amazing, the half moons reminded me of joe-joes. The taquitos where just ok, but everything else has me longing to return.
