I don't usually write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what happened to me.  I have previously ordered sandwiches from this location, and while they taste good, the delivery is always ridiculously slow, even during non-peak times. 

This past week when I ordered, I left delivery instructions and provided my phone number in case the driver had questions. Pretty standard procedure for delivering to an office or larger building. After waiting 40 minutes, I had not heard anything from the driver. I eventually got a call from someone I assumed to be the driver, however, I quickly discovered that the driver made no attempt to contact me. He instead left my sandwich on the sidewalk (!!!) next to a food truck and told a stranger to call me. The stranger said he couldn't stay to watch my food, so when I got down to the first floor, my food had been stolen. 

I have NEVER had an experience as poor as this one. The manager accused me of lying because the driver "doesn't usually do that" and did not want to void the payment until I got corporate involved. 

Be aware if you will be ordering delivery from this location!!

If you like hair and getting the wrong sandwich come to this Jimmy Johns yet I still go back because its better than our cafeteria..ha!

They also need to refrain from cleaning while folks are eating. I realize tables need wiped off which is fine but the tiled walls were being sprayed with cleaner while I was eating and the chemical smell was just unbearing.

Worst Jimmy Johns sub I've had in a long time. 80% smashed bread. More cheese than meat and missing ingredients. Well worth the 25 minute delivery.
