Literally the biggest joke of a pizza hut ever. Ordered online at 8:30; estimated delivery is 9:15. It's 11pm and the driver never showed up. I called 5 times after the delivery was 45 minutes late for almost an hour; the store never answered. I drove to the store and got there 10 minutes before they close. The guy inside claimed he was manager he was chatting up a young girl at the register doing no work when I showed up. He claimed he was busying doing customer complaints and was the only person in the store. The woman cooking in the back stuck her head out and threw her utensils on the ground in a rage. They refused to refund my order saying they had already voided it. General manager has not returned my call. I waited 3 hours and got nothing.

This location is disappointing. ALWAYS a long wait for pizza. When you have kids and you order dinner and it says 45 min but ends up being almost 2 hours time and time again it's frustrating. When you call the staff is not apologetic they just say their busy. Needs more staffing it seems. The sweet older lady who delivers is friendly. I would just pick up and skip delivery. Just ordered a few days ago. Was entertaining my aunt and cousins for Christmas and I should've listened to my gut. Nearly 2 hours go by and when we finally did get our food it wasn't fresh!!!!! Irritating.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut many times since I moved to the area and my delivery has always arrived in a very timely manner. Tonight however, I realized that it had been nearly two hours since I placed my order which I hadn't yet received, so I called to see what had happened. A very friendly gentleman picked up the phone and I explained my situation. He sincerely apologized for the mishap and quickly delivered the pizzas to my door free of charge and even upgraded my pizzas from mediums to larges. Thank you so much for saving my dinner!

I couldn't tell if my pizza was burnt on purpose or not? But it happens almost every time. I'm sticking to Papa John's.

Very friendly people inside. Parking lot can be a little dicey at times. If going late at night, you will need to be buzzed in through their front door. Service is quick
