Told a wait time of 30 minutes for pick up, get there in 24 minutes. Pizza is already getting cold, was never heated through in the first place. Very annoying to have to heat my just purchased pizza in the oven when I get home to get this cardboard crust somewhat edible. Not again pizza hut. This place is terrible.

Great pizza, always have been a fan of pizza but, the service is good for take out, I have never eaten inside.

Hey, I have very low expectations when I settle for a Pizza Hut dinner. But this evening the local restruant in Fuquay-Varina lowered the bar to a level I wasn't expecting. I get there to pick up my takeout order to find they have no pan crusts. (I know it's just some crummy assembly line) . So they want me to take 2 medium pizzas in place of my 2 large that I already payed for. So they keep pushing hand tossed my way and I pass and ask about stuffed crust. They say no because it's an up charge. So after I ask for a refund, there's no: sorry for wasting your time, no apology of any kind and I get the refund receipt thrown at me. The manager is terrible, but the lower level pizza drone was nothing but pleasant. These guys need to evaluate who they put in charge in these places. That lady turned what was an annoying inconvenience in to a rage induced social media post.

They never get your order correct every time! They do fix it and is correct the second time but very aggravating! It would be nice for corporate office to get involved at some point! Very polite helpful staff

Cleanliness 2/5 - Mens bathroom smelled as if someone walked in, peed all over the walls and floor, then left. Then the cycle was repeated thousands of times without the bathroom ever being cleaned. Thats literally the smell, with an underlying raw sewage stench. The sink has an odd faucet that sprays out water awkwardly making the front of your pants wet when washing hands. Tables in the dining room were mostly clean, however the parmesan cheese shaker at my table was covered in grease and old. There was a hardened level of crust on top inside the shaker that showed it hadn't been refreshed/changed in ages. Pizza was being made in the back by an employee with bare hands. Not cool. Especially if this is 'the norm'. Gloves should be mandatory? What if the guy had a bandaid on his hand or cuts? Service 3/5 - Getting something delivered? Better expect to almost never have them get your order right. We stopped doing the deluveries and started picking up our pizza in person to have issues resolved with our toppings dealt with right there. Service within the restaurant is okay, but spotty. Price 3/5 - Pizza buffet was $5.99. Drinks are $2.50. Lesson learned, next time I'll order water. Toppings cost too much for only a handful on your pizza. One large with three toppings of your choice will run you $15. Thats okay, I'll go to Papa Murphys instead. Quality 3/5 - Need I say much more?
