Wanted to post this quickly. The building and facilitaties looked great. The restroom and dining area was very clean. Service was fine and staff is pleasant. We arrived at dinner time so a little busier than usual but we got our food in a timely manner. The chicken is normally good so no surprise. I did see a man in a wheelchair struggling to find a table that he could roll under. Not sure if a designated table is available. Our meal was good and the staff quickly cleaned up tables keeping the place looking good.

As an employee, I enjoy working at Zaxbys and knowing the staff, they're great. They try their best everyday to make sure everything is good for our customers. It's sad to see some of the reviews on here saying, "we messed up on the orders, we forgot certain meal items, or it took too long." That's probably because we're busy and there's a lot of things going on all at once. We're busy everyday so, juggling meals while having excellent customer service is a challenge. Sometimes, it's stressful and we wish some of you had the patience. Some items do take long to make depending on what it is. Somethings are fresh or not fresh. On top of that, the food is hand prepared, hand prepped, and freshly made. If it isn't fresh, we can remake it for you. Not satisfied? We do offer refunds or your meal ends up being free. Don't like your service? Tell us that so we can change that. Missing something? Let us know so, we can give you what you're missing. We usually do check the receipts if we missed something. We also offer discounts like senior citizen or military or veteran. We even do catering, we have a allergen menu, and some much more. Just let us know your concerns are and we would be happy to serve you. We strive to improve everyday and to please our customers as much as possible. Signed, Loyal Zaxbys employee.

Great place to grab some really good food. Employees are friendly but sometimes it takes a little longer to get your order. I run through after work for a bite from time to time and tend to wait longer for my food. Otherwise, never have they disappointed with the food quality.

Been several times and new staff can't get any orders right, they mess up left and right, GO TO THE HOLLY SPRINGS INSTEAD!

Update: 11/21/17 Ever since zaxbys has had a new owner I figured I'd try it again and I'm glad I did. Been here a few times since New ownership and service has been great. Always polite staff, food comes out fast and hot. The chicken is better (old ownership was always rubbery and over cooked) not sure if new ownership turned over staff or what but it's much better than before. I am changing from 2 stars to 5 stars. Old review: Service was so slow. Only 2 people ahead of me and still took forever to get my food. Once I got my food it was somewhat cold... Their chicken nor service compares to chick fila so why ever come back? I'm not... I tried to go to the survey site and it even doesn't work...
