If you like rude employees with rotten attitudes, long waits and not getting everything you paid for then this is the Wendy's for you. On my last visit turned mistake I was told there was no tea in the entire building while the truth was likely that it was 2 hours from closing and they just didn't feel like making any. I inquired if they were actually out of if there just wasn't any made, because if it was the latter, I was happy to wait, but was rudely chided with a nasty, "We are just out". Then I was asked to pull up and wait 10 minutes for fresh foods, to first be given the run around before even reciving my recipt, then later I get home to realize they didn't include either of my children's burgers or nuggets that I ordered and I live in Apex so my spouse and I had to split up our food between our kids and make yet another food run for ourselves. Gas, money, time and patience all waisted tonight. My spouse and I love Wendy's because the work they do for foster children and their family's, especially because my husband was himself adopted, but it will be a long time that passes before I have to resort to giving this unpleasant and undeserving location my hard earned money again. I'd give this place zero stars if it was an option.

I’ve had an order correct maybe once or twice. Usuallythere are 1 or 2 things missing. I’ve never had that happen at any other Wendy’s but this one. Drive through wait times are insane.

The staff here is very friendly, but they take the fast out of fast food. I go through the drive through, when I am running behind and my kid is hungry. I like Wendy's, but have been constantly disappointed in the drive through time at this location. I have waited here for up to almost 30 minutes, just to get a kids meal.

Love it when I can get the fries fresh from the fryer. The triple is a big enough burger to satisfy the hardiest appetite.

Good burgers and fries. Customer service is good to. Traffic is BAD!!! But that's not Wendy's fault. Fuquay use to be a smaller town and now it's a a little Raleigh or Cary.  Smh, oh well,  Wendy's is a good spot to eat.
