I’m from Michigan and our pizza huts are great. Move here to Dallas about 8 months ago wanted some pizza really bad I usually go to dominos, but decided instead Pizza Hut, never ever again will I spend my hard earn money on it. 

$5.99 special if you buy 2, I kid you not it was like cardboard and my toppings was not fresh and I know fresh. What is going on here? I should’ve return it for a refund.😡🤯

This place never has a delivery driver!  It's all lies.  I have a baby and its hard for me to go outside since she was a premmie baby.  They also don't even have pepperoni sometimes!  How is that possible!  What kind of pizza hut is this! I give 0000000 stars

Nasty ass pizza. Walked in and wasn’t greeted she just looked at me stupid didn’t stop what she was doing or anything then when she finally came to the register she still didn’t speak just asked what can I get you. The pizza I ordered online was greasy no meat on it it was bare. Never ordering at this location again

I'm not writing to ask a question but to make a compliant on on the singleton store in Dallas Texas 75211. Like I understand they have no driver totally understand that but they had me call the store on forth worth ave that they will deliver to me but when I called they say that's was not in there district.... So why have me go through all this just for them to tell me this and I'm sure they knew this!!!!! I got no I apologize no nothing just rude & not caring!!!!!!!! Every time I try ordering from you guys it's always a problem & I Love Me Some Pizza Hut!!!!! I think that's  a sign of me not to order from you guys!!!!! You guys have to do better!!

I’ve called this location 2 times.The first time I was told they didn’t have a delivery driver because they called in. I complained, was sent a voucher. Called today to order with said voucher and I was told once again their driver didn’t show up. None of the other locations will deliver either despite living 2 miles to each of the other two locations. I would drive but I’ve got a dead battery. Either way this poor customer service reminds me why I’d rather order from somewhere else.
