By far the WORST pizza location I have ever been to. Received no call or update to notify when the pizza was ready. Upon arrival, Matthew (the store manager) made it very clear that if the pizza is cold, it's not his problem because the pizza had been ready for about 30 mins. Requested paper plates, they didn't have any. Requested a seat (in the empty dining hall) was told that they don't allow that with take out. The manager couldn't tell us which side was beef and which side was sausage. (It was clearly done wrong and he didn't wanna admit it) "the pizza has been sitting for more than 30 minutes and it's not our responsibility that the meat has aged. We can't tell you which side is which" The dipping sauces were sitting in the warmer with the pizza. .... Horrible experience!! First time I have heard a restaurant say that they can't tell me which meat they put on the pizza because it was late for pick up.... After all this and accusing us to be "hostile" he rudely tells us that he will remake the pizza, while loudly dictating to his associate to "clearly identify which side is which" and suggested that we order separate pizzas next time !

The WORST Pizza Hut I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We placed an order with them on January 1st, knowing full well the wait would be long as it was New Year's Day, no problem. We ordered 1 medium pizza (pepperoni and cheese), 3 garlic dips and an order of wings. We were given an approximate delivery time of 2 hours (again, no problem, it was New Year's Day). We got a call from them 2 minutes after ordering saying they were completely out of wings. This was kind of annoying, since it was 50% of the order, but we said it was okay, and we would just take the pizza. The pizza showed up much earlier than expected, and we brought it inside. Opened it up to find 3 random dips, not the ones we ordered. My husband ran out to ask the driver so replacements, and he said we would have to call the store. So we call the store, and the person who answers tells us they are out of that dip. My husband asks why they didn't tell us that, and this guy has the nerve to say "Oh we tried to call and no one answered". Well, considering they called to tell us about the wings, that wasn't true. We are irritated and ask to speak to the manager. The shift manager, rudely informs us that "Well, the holidays are really busy, so we run out of things". Okay, not your customer's problem. We ask for a refund or a credit, and she says only the store manager can do that and he'll call us the next day. It is two days later and we haven't heard a peep from the store. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

Personal pan pizza is what I would consider a snack size. Not a meal size.

2 words: PAN PIZZA. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, buttery flavor and covered in stretchy melted cheese! The staff at this location is friendly and friendly and remembers you when you visit.
