First and last time. Picked up 3 pizzas and a melt. One of the pizzas had practically no toppings and tons of crust, I am talking 4 inches of crust- toppings in a small center circle. We were told nothing is wrong with it, all the pan crusts look that way. They made a call and someone, I guess, and were instructed to remake it. Turns out someone new made the crusts and they didn't want to fix the mistake . Anyway, we requested that our other pizzas be kept warm while we had to wait and were given a big attitude. Poor customer service and lazy.

I placed an online order at 8:30. Got the confirmation email at 8:36 Got a call from them at 8:41 saying they would close at 9. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:15pm. She asked me if incould pick up my order at 9, instead of 9:15 I told the girl who i was speaking to that it was fine, i was leaving longview but i should be there at 9 if not i would have someone there before 9. She said ok and hung up. Then, within 5 minutes, i got a call from a guy saying he was not making my order because he was closing the store right now 8:45pm. I told him the girl said she would make my order & i would have someone there. He said he didn't cared and he was shutting everything off. He was extremely rude the whole time. Yelling and just being disrespectful, so i asked him for his name, to which he said he was the assistant manager and his name was Jeremy & that he didn't care. Mind you, HE is NOT the assistant manager, and he was NOT supposed to close the store at 9 but 11pm  . I could call the manager if i want it. I told him i would do it and i asked him for the managers name to which he said he would call her himself to wait on the line, i said ok, he said something under his breath & he hung up. I called back multiple times, and they ignored my calls.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza. When my wife arrived home with it, it was more like a meat haters pizza. Barely had any topping.  It basically was a cheese pizza. I complained to Pizza Hut. Nothing done about it. Have decided to quit giving this pizza hut "another chance" after nearly 24 years of ups and downs of food quality and service.

Good food but they give you any order but not the one you made, I order 8 buffalo wings and they gave me boneless pieces of dry chicken

The absolute worst service I have ever had. I am considering Dominos again. First person that picked up hung up then the second time I wasted my life calling back that one took some info said hold on then proceeded to tell another employee she was busy then put me back on hold. Good luck keeping customers and you can let your lazy incompetent employees know I am a good tipper. By the way your hold ads amd music is absolutely atrocious.

I would recommend that, if there is no delivery driver available, the option to order online for delivery be disabled. After placing my order online,  I was called and told that you had no delivery driver on shift this location offers delivery and that I would not receive a refund until 3-5 days. Pizza is not cheap and eating out for families has become a luxury so having to wait up to 5 days for a refund due to no fault of my own is unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience yesterday 11/14/21. I ordered pizza and they forgot my order. I waited an hour and 20 minutes and then had to drive to the store and pick up my order.  I always seem to have bad experience just about every other time I order from Pizza Hut. They always want to give me a free pizza in return. I want them to fix the problem instead of just giving me a coupon every time something is wrong

Do you want a place that's down to earth people there treat you like family go in there and ask for Cheryl she's very sweet lady she's been there for a while and you can tell cuz her hospitality and her kindness hands down is her top qualities. All the other staff members there give it their all and they make sure that you're happy with your food before you even leave.

This is the second time that I have ordered delivery from the Carthage restaurant and both times my order was over an hour late. The first time they delivered it to the next door neighbors and had to remake it and they forgot the Parmesan shaker that I paid for. Yesterday even though I ordered online an hour and a half prior, I had to call the restaurant twice after receiving a text that the driver was out to deliver our meal 50 minutes prior. Ordered at 3:50 for 5:30... received order at 6:15. This place is absolutely horrible.

Not sure of that is possible. Im not a fan of pizza or pizza hut however in my rural community its the only restaurant that delivers. This particular order I was completely upset when I was charged for marinara sauce and ranch but the delivery driver dropped them both on my front porch.
