I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 #2's one with fries one tots with Dr. Pepper and other Coke. They brought me old fries and not a full medium tutor tot.. I asked for the fries to be remade.. They carhop brought me the same fries back with less fries in it and they had just re-dropped them in the grease. So disgusting Food: 1/5
I made an order of 4 different burgers and 2 of the 4 were wrong. I initially tried to use their app for the order but the app would not accept my debit or my credit card. So I drove down and ordered there. I had to send them back, twice, before the order was correct. They were not overly busy but my food took 10 minutes and then another 10 to get the burgers correct, so of course my fries and onion rings were ice cold before I got them home a 4 minute drive.
Staff was friendly. Weird parking lot. Burger was okay at best. They got the order right, but the bacon seemed old and the bun squished.
Everytime I mean Everytime I go at night it's the worst service ever and order is always wrong ...it's ridiculous!
Had to edit my own good review from months ago! We eat here at least once a week. Never had a problem until now. The little girl on the intercom was extremely short with us, obviously did not have patience at all. Cut our order off and didn't let us finish and when I complained about it, she retaliated with the following pictures of what is supposed to be gravy, and by shorting us sauce for pretzel sticks. We had to make a second order for my be to get his own food. He was very angry and wanted to leave but I told him to wait. Was not pleased with the outcome!
We grew up on Sonic. It was part of our routine on Friday and Saturday night to go by sonic and get drinks and hamburgers! But it seems to me back then they put enough Tomatoes on the sandwich to cover it completely. I know times are tough right now but this is ridiculous!!
We just stopped at the Sonic in Carthage TX. Little town, busy little restaurant! And the staff was so friendly! They were very fast, courteous, and efficient. They followed up with us several times, always chipper and kind. It was a great experience.Food: 3/5
Never again will I stop by this Sonic. Person working the speaker needs a serious attitude adjustment. Make me feel like I did something wrong or like I was rude to her from the beginning. Got 3 cheeseburgers into my order before I said no, cancel it. Never again. Joe needs to do better at hiring.

I've noticed there are differences in the quality of the same menu items from one Sonic to another. One Sonic may have delicious tea while another has weak tea that has a peculiar aftertaste. At some locations, the vegetables on the burgers seem fresher, crisper...these are just some examples I noticed. Certainly, I may have visited on a day when there were unusual circumstances, making my experience also not the norm. This visit I got a Chocolate Monkey shake with a squirt of fudge sauce. It was okay; the fudge was at the bottom of the cup and had to be dug out to blend through the drink plus the banana was almost undiscernable. It wasn't bad but it was disappointing. One thing that was excellent; the servers. The younger lady on the order mic spoke clearly and distinctly and checked to be sure our order was right. The young lady who delivered our order to the car was friendly and gracious.
