Straight trash. I spent $56.72 and waited 45 min for 3 medium pizzas and wings. As you can see my food was overcooked and lukewarm. I called to complain. Spoke to “manager” and she said she would resend a whole new order in 35 min. Get the new order and it looks exactly like the old order smh NEVER AGAIN I wish I could have given 0 stars
I placed delivery ,, guy calls me saying they have no one for delivery today I’m 8 months pregnant with 5 kids wasn’t trying to pick it up i went anyways didn’t offer my any discount for inconvenience nothing then i open my pizza to look at it and i ordered EXTRA MUSHROOMS, i ask the guy this is extra mushroom to you ? He said “yea” i looked at him and he looked away didn’t offer to fix the unhappy customer nothing absolutely a freaking joke! Last time i come here. I’ll start ordering from Anya’s pizza down the street instead
The time is 7:16 p.m. I just ordered my food and the person who took my wish I got her name. She was so professional. Very nice. I just want to say kudos to you
Bad service. Young Man had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. Didn't want to help us. We were the only customers. While we waited for our carry out order the young man dropped some raw pizza dough and trays on the floor and frustrated, intensely threw the trays in a corner while leaving the raw dough and another tray on the floor. He then walked away from the fallen dough and continued to prepare more pizzas for the rest of the 15 minutes we waited. Another associate found the dough and picked it up herself. After our order was ready we exited the lobby but forgot to order drinks. When we re-entered the lobby he was visibly very upset that we were back, rolling his eyes and with his attitude rang up the 2 sodas. Received a cold response when making a verbal complaint.
Pizza tasted bland. Like REALLY bland. Had no flavor at all. Not even the pineapple and that has natural sugars! Will never order from Pizza hut ever again. Also go Lakers.
Friendly. Smells so good. Thin crust veggie is delicious. Potato jalapeno bites also excellent. Garlic parmesan bone out chicken bites appear to be honest fillet not pressed Today another veggie pizza and that triple chocolate brownie Hershey dessert.
My pizza was delivered erroneously to my NEIGHBOR and they took it!!! Shame! Baseline store sent out another for my little grandkids. Thank you so much!
This location is the better of the two in between where I order. Forget about delivery... takes tool long and costs too much for the quality of pizza. I only order from pick-up from here when my children ask for it or because my spouse craves their wings... which are decent. Parking is limited, and there are times you have to wait to park. If you absolutely must order delivery, there are much better pizza places smaller mom & pop joints that offer gourmet quality pizza at near the same price.
Was given a pizza that was supposed to have 2x Bacon on it, received hardly any toppings at all, when I confronted the manager he refused to help me, citing that there were 'spec' level toppings on there. I wont be back to Pizza Hut again ever, much better options out there.
It would be nice if your employees would actually read the Comment Section on the ticket to see if there are any special instructions from the customer. I ordered a Large Meat Lovers Pan Pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni, extra sausage, mushrooms, and red onions. But what I received was as dried out pizza with barely any Topping and definitely not double Topping as I ordered and noted on the comment/instruction section of my order. They definitely did not read the instruction section where I noted that I had double toppings. That pizza was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! One of the worst pizza's that I've had in a long time!!
