Ordered carryout on a Friday evening, was greeted by Grace before I even made it to the register and helped right away. Appeared to be mostly college aged girls working. I had one of the best made pizzas I've had from this chain. They even have a monitor to tell you when your carryout order is ready. Don't know why the bad reviews, this seems to be a great location, at least the time I was there.

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews.. The staff is always super friendly and like to chat with you and if anything goes wrong, they ALWAYS make it right for you. People make mistakes sometimes and I get it, and the staff here will accommodate in any way to make it right. To the one review that says that a bunch of "dumb, incompetent teenagers" work here, I'm sure that if you had contacted them they would have been kind enough to help you. Plus these so-called "dumb and incompetent teenagers" happen to be kind and hardworking individuals. This restaurant's great service makes this place shine above the rest of many pizza places in town.

If you can't answer the phone after 6 different calls.. you shouldn't even have a phone at all at your establishment. Wish google will have the option of zero stars

I ordered two pizzas tonight, and they both arrived here doughy near the crust, so I gave the establishment a call, explained the situation, and I was pretty kind to them about it, so they politely sent out two free pizzas. The free pizzas are also doughy. I have ibs and my stomach can't tolerate anything under cooked. I'm not even going to bother getting money back. This was the last bit of money I have until pay day. I injured my back at work, so pizza from here would have been perfect, since I can't cook or do much. Thanks Pizza hut, now I have no food until the 25th. I've never had such bad pizza before. I wish I could give you zero stars. You guys also sent me pizza last time with cheese even though I specified I'm lactose intolerant, and to not put cheese on it, and you also put pepperoni on it, when I also said I'm vegan and can't digest meat. A bunch of teenagers work at this place, and they keep screwing up orders. I wish I could get my money back so I could order food from somewhere else, but I don't want to deal with the incompetent, dumb teenagers. I'm never ordering from here again.
