Staff was SUPER friendly, service was fast, restaurant was clean, they had the AC going so it was nice and cool (really liked that).. I ordered an order of Fresh rolls (DELISH!) and I ordered a Steak Salad (Tiger something).  This is my usual order any time I go to any Thai Restaurant, there is nothing better than this salad with a bowl of White Rice.  But unfortunately this salad was very disappointing.  The lime/chili sauce they used contained ground UNCOOKED rice! Never have I ever had this in my salad.  I took 2 bites and couldn't get over the texture.  It was like having a bunch of dirt mixed into my salad.  I was forced to throw away a whole plate of salad.  Thankfully I had ordered the Fresh Rolls so I didn't go hungry, but I was really looking forward to my favorite salad. :(

I like how the food is affordable and delicious at the same time. I also like the servers and their customer service. 

They're a lot of flies around in that building, I understand maybe a fly here and there but they were more than I felt comfortable with (the fact I have to be comfortable with it, is a problem). They need to work on their cleanliness

I got my hopes up for nothing, the staff was friendly but not attentive to guests. The food was horrid as far as the pad Thai and Tom kah  go. They put peanut butter(Skippy if I had to guess) on instead of chopped peanuts it was way to mushy and when  I asked for spicy I just got a dash of red pepper powder. I've had better tai food from a microwave. I don't really think it's a 1 star but it's no where near a 4. Even Ellensburg should do better for Thai food. The menu was also confusing and prices weren't listed right. Luckily they were lower than listed because it was not worth the asking price

Got into town after a long drive with a car full of hungry people.  Found Sugar Thai easily on the map and with the map.  Getting seated took longer that it should have but they only had two servers.  Time to get order was perfect.  Food temperature,  spice,  and taste was as ordered and awesome.   I really feel sorry however that the girls had to wear the Thai costumes.  It only helped to give the place a small town feel.  Overall we were very pleased.
