Ordered what I expected to be 3 LARGE pizzas for a 10 kid, 13yr. old Birthday party. Instead what got for my $45 was 3 - 14" overdone inedible crackers. And since when is 14 considers,a LARGE??!! These kids,are eating machines. Pizza hut used to be a dependable, fair for the money American mainstay . Like everything else in our society (made in china), Pizza Hut has followed the way with an extreme substandard product at an outrageous price.The Birthday girl wanted Pizza Hut, only now to have to go to the local Mom and Pop pizza joint.,I will never walk into your,establishment again.Way to go.

Used to come here often with coworkers for the buffet. Came in the Wednesday after Memorial Day to discover that the buffet is gone for good. What's the point without the buffet? We decided to order food anyways. A couple coworkers got appetizers, which took over 30 minutes to get, and the pizza came 5 minutes after that. We were told 15 minutes. Not once did the server check on us, and it wasn't until I shouted across the room as the server was heading back to the backroom did we get refills on drinks. In addition to the long wait time and horrible service, it cost about 25%, and there were no options for salads or side salads. After 7 years of loyalty from one coworker, and at least 1.5 years from the rest of us, we will not be going back.

never, and i mean NEVER, going to 11th street pizza hut again! we got our drinks and ask for another minute to decide and TWENTY MINUTES went by and our server never came back to our table. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Carry out always ready they even had garlic cheese bread ready less than 5 mins ordered when came to get my carry out Thanks crew very friendly!!😀

I am not going to order pizza hut no more i am over them the last three times i have ordered it's been a problem. ...must find me a new pizza place and we love pizza haven't had pizza in 3 weeks
