Good tasting food, except pizza was EXTREMELY greasy. It literally ran off the pizza like water. Staff was nice except manager was rude when we asked if they had salads. Also, they don't have salads. Interior had been recently renovated, looks nice.

Something happened to my online order and they had no record of it. I only asked if they would be able to go ahead and make it, not being angry at the technology failing. The manager, Jenna, immediately apologized, had my order made immediately, gave me a discount and offered me something to drink while I waited. My food was hot and delicious!! Fantastic customer service and handling of a situation that was no one's fault. Customer service like this is unfortunately uncommon. Way to go Vandalia Pizza Hut!!!

I love my Pizza every single time, they are polite it's always hot and fresh the restaurant is clean and smells good. I come from the city to get my Pizza from Vandalia Pizza hut. It a must have on the weekends
