I meant to write this review months ago. I went into this location and received amazing service! I was greeted and waited on Sean, don't remember his exact title but he was some kind of manager and wasn't supposed to be there that day. Anyway, I'm glad he was. He was very sweet to my two toddlers and very friendly! The good sells itself, otherwise, I wouldn't have gone but this location was one of my best visits to Panera!

We ordered our food at 1230 for delivery. A half an hour prior to taking my lunch break. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. Mind you I only get a 30 minute lunch. The app told us our food would be here from 1255-100. This is not the first time they have been late. The last time it took over an hour past the time I was told it would take. I called after the food was 5 minutes late and the manager that answered told me the food was already out on the road with one other order. I don't understand why this location cannot get orders out on time. Don't give us an estimated delivery time if you aren't going to be on time. I'm about fed up with this location.

I love Panera.  I can always find something healthy and yummy!  Great customer service and a nice clean restaurant.

They consistently get orders wrong in the drive-thru. It's almost a given any time I go through. I have a new practice where I order, get my food and then immediately park because more often than not I have to go back through and have them fix it. 
My fugi apple chicken salad currently has no tomatoes, no nuts, and no onions.
My turkey sausage and spinach sandwich never has sausage. This has happened probably four different times now. 
I ask for Caesar salad and get chicken Caesar salad.
Sometimes I don't get any dressing. 
It's sort of ridiculous at this point. 
The food is good but don't use the drive thru if you're in a hurry and always check your food before you drive away.

I always place a delivery order from this Panera and they always find a way to get it wrong ,  it started off with forgetting my fruit cup every time I paid extra for it which was every time I I paid for it and then it went to only giving me a half a sandwich when I paid for a full sandwich and now it's getting my strawberry banana smoothie wrong and putting yogurt in it when I specifically ordered just a strawberry banana smoothie.  You need to get this delivery thing done right.
