In a word ... incompetent. Went inside to order as the drive through was backed up 4 vehicles before the order kiosk. There was no customers inside and no one waiting for food. My order was taken and I waited. After a frustrating amount of time had passed, I noticed that the vehicle I would have been behind in the drive through was at the drive through window. I asked the frumpy employee why it was taking so long, the answer was, first come first serve. I attempted to explain that the vehicle that just drove off with their food was 4 vehicles back before the order kiosk when I came in and placed my order. Frumpy could not grasp the concept of what had occurred. The response was, there is nothing I can do about it. This really rung my bell. At least hire people that are trained to manage an operation like that, pay attention to the sequencing of orders being made, and simply do your job with efficiency.

We came into the dining room and we were waited on fairly quickly. Waiting on our food took exactly 21mins. People were sending food back and walking out as well. We had to clean our own table because they hadn't had anyone out there. Also, trashcan were overflowing. Terrible experience.

Not bad for a throw together, last minute meal in the wee hours of the morning. Your expectations are not high because its fast food and they met those low expectations as well as exceeding them...impressive for a fast food joint.

The chalupa is 🔥...first time having one ...definitely recommend ! Service isn't to bad but could step up the pace a tad...

Slow service is an understatement. Under staffed! Facilities were just gross. Every table was dirty and the floor was covered in food pieces. The drive through was out the parking lot so we went in. There was probably 6 to 8 people waiting around for their food the whole time we were there. Terrible service, dirty doing room and some of the employees were even gross.
