First, I leave under 5min away and approximately 1/4 mile down the hill and they refused to deliver to me. Second they said they dont have medium pans and then they were out of nacho cheese!! Hello, this is a pizza place, how do you run out of cheese on a friday before a holiday?? Im sure they wont get a cheese order delivered on a Saturday!!! Staff was very rude and short! No customer satisfaction whatsoever!! I am President of the neighborhood close by and you wont deliver to us! I suggest you close this store and move it to another more suitable area where people do not care of your staff is rude and your store is not capable of delivery or fulfilling your menu orders. I will take this to the powers that be to find a solution for all. Sad because in the past pizza hit on prospect was awesome🙃 Please see if you can increase on customer satisfaction. Also that your store is properly stocked for busy nights as I was told!!! Not good bisiness practice and managed poorly.

They've been accommodating when they've messed up our order... but that's been every single time we've ordered. Sometimes it's nice to just get the food you're craving, that you already paid and waited for.

literally so over dealing with this company/location (Peoria Heights, Prospect) I have been a loyal customer for decades, but after today I will not be giving or recommending this place. I have had issues with them in the past (employees not washing hands, food made wrong) and have always given them another chance. I always place my order online and as soon as I hit the send button I dial their number to ask for my pizzas to be made a certain way and they Always try to tell me that my food has already been made. I am sorry, but that is damn near impossible. If I am paying for food I should get it how I want.

The pizzas from here are made in a rush and look sloppy. I gotten two soggy pizzas from here. They are fast delivering the food, oh and once the driver forgot my 2 liter of soda and took almost 3 hours to deliver it. She tried to say I would get refunded my money but when I called and asked they had no idea what I was talking about.... I didn't get my soda until like 11PM and I ordered at 8:30pm, got my food about 9:30... and I had to call to get it or I would have just got forgotten about.
