The ingredients don't look or taste fresh, never enough cheese even when ordering extra and the pizza is always overcooked. Delivery drivers expect a tip whether they deserve it or not, usually not. Better choices like Stuffed Pizza near Ralphs or by the slice at Costco.

so the rumors are true pizza hut in U.S going down hell. today I decided to order and it's still taking more than an hour and 10+ mins for the order to be delivered.

I always order from the app or online and always get my order correct and on time or earlier with delivery and pick up.

My experience went from a 1 star to a 5 star sometimes it's busy, so you must get in there shoes and understand that there going to make mistakes and when they do politely let there manager which in this case was understandable and made me feel happy that they do care about the customer #1pizzahutinmyopinion
