Dropping the ball. I stopped in to grab a couple of slices to go at around 6 o'clock when I looked in the case I noticed that all of the Dismal selection look very old and not in the slightest bit fresh. When I pointed this out the guy at the counter shifted the slices around with the tongues, which did not actually make them anymore fresh, but he obviously did not care that the slices were completely inedible. I do get it by the slice does not sell as well in the evening as it does for lunch. But if you are going to have a by the slice option on display you shouldn't have it filled with pizza that looks like it's a month old and mummified. Or just shut it off and say "I'm sorry sir we do by the slice for lunch but only fresh made pizzas for dinner"

Pizza's delivered were freezing cold, immediately called to let them know, was informed we'd receive a call back from the manager...nada. Very disappointing.
