Ordered some food and the food was okay, but after a few bites of pizza, I see a roach crawl from my food. I talk to the manager, and he says they don't have bugs in their establishment. He put me on hold a few times. After about 10 minutes, I decided to just go back to the pizza hut. It was there, the manager decided to give me half my money because he said i ate half the good, which was true, but he seemed obvious to the fact i found a roach. Food wasn't up to par, and the management was even worse.

I really wish I didn't have to click a star at all. This place is so ghetto and had horrible Customer and I was discriminated against by the heavy set black guy that works in there. I was skipped over as if i had not been waiting on my order and talked to very rudely when i spoke up about it. I called customer and they took so long to even attempt to contact me back so I missed the call and they never called back. I have not been back since. I have gatherings quite often an this was my go too food place every weekend spending way too much money each weekend to be treat like I was less than. We have taken our business to papa johns the food and customer service is 100 % better. The saying you get what you pay for holds truth in this case. No matter what color you or if I'm spending my money I want the same respect. Don't skip me to ask the white lady can you help here when I was clearly there first...

Took 2 hours to get here. Order at 9 Called twice and said the driver already left came here at 11pm. Food was cold just was good

Ordered one pizza, garlic knots, and cinnamon sticks ... waited over 2 hours to receive my order and then when we opened the food it was all cold, currently cooking it in the oven now... very disappointing, will never return to this location. SHAME to the name Pizza Hut.

Man don't waste your time and money. I actually like pizza hut but this branch is the worst. Man you can get a better frozen pizza from Wal-Mart... They don't bother to cover the whole pizza with cheese.. They deliver extremely late.. Wish I could give 0 stars.
