Ordered my pizza for pickup. Come in like 25 mins after ordering and they tell me “oh wait like 10 mins it’s almost done” and then proceed to make all 3 pizzas I ordered in the back

I was horrified to find out tonight that after waiting an hour and a half for delivery, that my order had been cancelled. I was stuck in a house with 5 very hungry children all of which were expecting pizza. And at 9:30 pm I had no other option. The manager was not helpful at all, she tried to say the phone number was not valid but I was calling her from the number. She told me the driver could not find my house, to which I reminded her that they had been delivering to my house without any problems for over two years. Her only offer was to remake my order with an additional 45 - 60 minute wait time but refused to comp or even discount my order. Her exact words were " Just what is it you're expecting me to do, I have to run a business here."  Well, for one, you could probably not act like you're doing me a favor. Corporate will be hearing from me.

By far the worst experience ever!! The manager threw my pizza on the counter because I requested a refund after placing a order online at 7pm and never receiving it after it stated delivered online. I called and was on hold 20 min before someone answered and stated they would remake it and get it to me. I arrived to papa John's after 9 pm with questions on where my pizza was after they stated they would remake it and send it back out! The manager refused to even acknowledge I was there yes I was upset but anyone would be! I will never do business with papa John's as a whole because of the manager on duty tonight at this location. I'm a manager myself and his job was to rectify the situation not get a attitude when I walked in especially when I tipped the driver online and had to go there in person.

Ordered a simple meal of bread sticks at 7:40 estimated delivery time said to be around 8:25 and its now 9:00....
