Have not been to this location in a couple of months. I was surprised at how dirty and unkempt that it looked. There was a leak from the ceiling and the drink dispenser. I told the manager that the drink dispenser had ice build up and water was squirting out of the ice area. The drink machine had a big puddle beside it plus water filling the hall. The manager didn't respond until I said did you hear me. He said ok but when I left an hour later nothing had been done. Men and women that did not know one another were discussing how bad the place looked. The toilet paper holders in women's bathroom were torn off barely hanging on. The floors in the whole restaurant were slippery. I enjoy eating at this location so it was very disappointing. I thought someone in upper management would like to know before losing many customers. So I was in line ready to pay for some headphones , the lady in front of me had coupons , it seemed to have some type of problem idk with the counter or her coupons but anyways manger I believe , was called to the front they waited so long I ended up leaving empty handed. I only had 1 small item , which wasn't gone take long for him to ring me up . Probably take 1 min or less that's it , I'll be out the door with my item satisfied while they still wait 🤗

Amazing food. Well ventilated. Quick service. Kind waiters/waitresses. We eat here a few times a month at this same one and we have never had any problems with anything. The food and service has always been amazing. Highly recommend. 10/10 from me.

Great food, but the service is usually pretty slow. I still go whenever I have the time though. 

Edit: I was here a couple days ago and the service and atmosphere we're both horrible. They were out of the ketchup cops and napkins in the dining room. Furthermore, the Coke machine in front was broken, so they were having to get drinks from the one I'm the drive thru line. It wasn't very busy but it still took 5 minutes longer to get my drink than it did to get my food. All the employees seemed to just be standing around doing nothing. 

On top of that, they had some kind of Christian gospel country music playing in the dining room pretty loud. I don't necessarily think that is very good music to sit and eat lunch to. Me and my wife had a hard time even taking to one another over it. We were one of only two tables in there at the time. 

I hope they get whatever is going on in there back to how it was, at least it just being a little slow was tolerable

Today, I ordered a 5pc boneless wing meal through the drive thru. When I got home to eat, it had seven boneless wings in the meal. I'm playing the lottery tonight!
