I have ordered a pizza for delivery. When I received a text message that my order is on the way I had no idea that for this place it is a usual thing for pizza to spend more than an hour in a box before finally being delivered. After I've waited for 40 minutes I decided to call and received a response that they have a lot of orders and delivery guy took 6 orders with him and they are all in different locations so I should wait for 20 more minutes. Why do I have to care about how many orders they have? Do not take orders if you cannot satisfy all of the customers. If I could I would put zero stars for this place. If that is their policy it means that they do not care about the quality of their products! Pizza is not good after an hour in a box. I am never going to order pizza at this place again.

I get a call telling me there is no driver and I'll have to come pick up my order. Had to leave work and drive there. Then they couldn't find my order. Saw a couple of other customers having issues with their orders. Thankfully the food was good. Really disorganized location at least during lunch. Hopefully they'll get this straightened out.

Our waitress also worked the register for take out. Was not busy at all, but felt like it was. 2 tables that sat after my guest and I were served before us and left before us. She took my cup for a refill and got another couple theirs before mine. Pizza was well undercooked, with bacon atop, no bueno... Otherwise, was fine, i guess. Not what I remember of dine in Pizza Hut...

Do you like to wait over an hour for a pizza, and then call Pizza Hut just so they can say you'll have to wait another half hour at least?? Then this is the place for you! Nothing like waiting all night for food just to have the order cancelled in the end.

Worst experience at a Pizza Hut, hands down. Which, I know isn't saying all that much. But there were multiple tables with only 1 dedicated teenaged server and one poor (quite inexperienced) teenaged cashier backing up the server with a take-out line out the door. Kitchen was swamped with orders and couldn't keep up. Pizza was terrible. We were told a coupon applied at the top of our meal but it was never applied to our check - we just wanted to get out of there. The kids working, it's not their fault, they're just starting out. But where was management to clean up this mess??
