Food, service, & staff are 5 stars, knocked a star for freezing cold metal chairs and the place being way to cold.. It wasn't even hot out.

Depends what time you go there and what staff is working. But overall during the day time it's amazing service, fresh food, they were out of ketchup so she brought it right to my seat. During the evening don't expect that kinda service because it's rush hours. But overall great American food. Everything is Fresh, Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce. Worth the money
