Talk about Hospitality!! Take 2 parents working 2 jobs each and a dad trying to help out then suddenly, disaster. I booked my daughters party for laser tag, sent out invitations and was about 10 minutes from the party starting when I realized that I had booked for the wrong day!!!! So, about to have a heart attack, I was completely bailed out by the events manager and our gracious party host Jamie. They could have told us sorry, your fault and have been totally correct. They went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome experience and most importantly, that our daughter had no idea of our mistake. I cannot express our gratitude enough for the event staff at Brunswick Zone. I highly recommend them if you are considering a fun place to have your child's party.

The place looks nice, BUT they are 2X more expensive than any other lanes I know. They charge you for kids shoes who uses a ramp! The service is very slow, even in the inside restaurant. They have a very few kids ramps! Good luck finding one!!

Vince is great! He's always walking around helping bowlers improve. The reason I give this place one star is because the most of the staff at the desk are RUDE. For the price of games and shoes, the staff at the center could at least be friendly. The only staff at the center desk that has been consistently friendly is Cassy. There was one time that I believe it was the manager who was at the desk and she gave us an attitude. The waiters are friendly, but the last time we were there, we had to wait 45 minutes for our order and they forgot our drinks. When there are disruptions, they are usually quick to fix it, but when it's busy, they take quite a while. But that's understandable if they're busy. If the staff was friendlier, this place would receive more stars. They need to cut the attitude.

The service here was honestly terrible. Ordered two pizzas, took around an hour just to get them, and once they arrived, they were not even cooked thoroughly!! Raw dough and everything else. Took 2 hours to get a lane, but reservations can fix that. Bowling was fun! Minimal errors, but that's alright. Overall, maybe I would go here again if I won the lottery. Hella expensive.

First time there it was a mad house and my fiance and I left. Second time there and it was a blast. Service at your lanes and the whole nine. Maybe a bit pricey but totally worth it. Plus, an arcade and fire pit. Yes I said fire pit. Wish I could have stayed longer but I wanted my Boston market and they were going to close. Next time Brunswick lanes, next time. It's on.
