The service is terrible. They don't answer the phone when you call. The staff is rude and I won't go back.

This past weekend, the service was way off, one poor girl working the inside and to her credit she did everything she could. Going to pay after we were done eating, there was another customer in front of me that they admitted they overcharged and told her they couldn't give her money back to her only offer her "credit" which she was told to just bring her receipt back in to which she called questionable to where they would even know what was going on, I left before hearing the rest of what happened but it appeared that someone was not trying to make things right with the woman who was overcharged. Mind you it also took us 30+ mins to get our pizza ourselves. Will not be going back to Natchitoches Pizza Hut anytime soon

Cant even get a simple order right and while we were eating the messed up order they were louder than us
