If I could give it 0 stars I would. Service was horrible. The manager had her son mom and boyfriend just hanging out in the store. The boy was running around , all in the kitchen area, popping balloons no socks no shows on in pajamas. She was fussing at him loudly and the mother had a table covered in her arts and crafts and fussing at the boy as well. The boyfriend had a whole other booth taken up with his work clothes on it laying across the booth sleep. No one was eating. Our order was messed up, the salad bar wasn't edible. Never asked us If we needed refills. We asked for a to go box.....it took 20 minutes for that. It seem more like her house than a restaurant. They never brought the check, we act like we were leaving, we made to the car before she ever noticed that we didn't pay. We went back in and paid the bill. But We could've just left and she would have been none the wiser. I wouldn't recommend pell city pizza hut to anybody.

We just had an excellent experience with our local Pell City Pizza Hut. Dana was our pleasant and prompt server, the salad bar was full and fresh and the Meat Lover's we ordered was delicious and hot. Thank you!

They cook the food fast and they are very nice, they say it will take like 15mim but it only seems like 8 pizza is outstanding 😍😍😍 love pizza hut

I went there for the lunch buffet. The service was awful. I paid for my ticket at 1:01, after finding a clean table to sit at, the waitress asked what I wanted to drink. I told her most of your tables were filthy. She went and began to cleaned them after she brought me my soda. She walked around mostly viewing her cellphone. Not one time did she ask me if I needed anything, she did not even pass my table. I asked her what time does the buffet ends, she said 1:30 and there would be only 2 more pizzas brought out. The buffet, if putting the the ramaing pizza altogether may have made a medium pizza. Not a good place to dine in.
