I don't know how this place stays in business. Saturday evening, 6 PM, only one other table was occupied in the entire restaurant, which should have sent up a red flag. There were more employees than patrons. Restaurant was freezing, uncomfortably so. Ordered iced tea but was told they were out of lemons. Never offered refills on drinks. Food was okay but nothing special and it took forever for the food to be delivered to our table (keep in mind only one other table occupied, with two people). Decor is very dated, but I'm not sure that would help attract more business. I think Pizza Hut has seen the last of this patron.

Placed and online order twice and each time my order came way before the time I provided. The 2nd time I had to come to the store to pick it up offer no apologies only a 10% discount. Do not go here under any circumstances

I honestly don't know why I keep ordering from this place!! Every time I dine in, the customer service experience is horrible and the food takes what seems for like forever to come out.  Today I ordered online and I forgot to add two sides of marinara sauce so I call them as soon as I places the order. First no answer. The phone was ringing for a long time and nobody answered. I waited 10 minutes, when I called back the lady who answered the phone told me that I could not modify the order because it was on its way already. I know that was a lie. They never make the orders that fast. They need to replace their staff.

Horrible service show up at 1:25 all you can eat buffet is over at 1:30 by time I get seated it is 1:31 and I was told nope it's over so I guess all the food goes to waste. Nice.

When I call, they offer me the best deals even if it means suggesting to order my food online for a better deal. They know my usual order. They always serve me quick. One time I showed to pickup my order and all the team members just stared at me from afar for 10 minutes. I kept asking for help and nobody would come. All I wanted was to pick up my order. Usually they are not like this but nobody is perfect. I still order food from here (probably TOO often).
