The caramel sea salt molten lava cake is all the reason you need for a visit to Chili's. My son loves the chocolate. Both are decadently awesome. Oh, and their shrimp tacos are delicious. They have actually removed them from the menu, but you can order the chicken tacos and ask that they substitute shrimp.

Waited in a seemingly empty restaurant for approximately 5 minutes before someone took notice that we were there. The place seemed clean. Although we were the first customers there, appetizer took approximately 15 minutes to arrive. The food was seasoned well and portions ranged from fair to small. The salads were fresh. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Not the best experience, nor the worst.

The ladies restroom was a mess. Toilet paper all over the floor toilets were not flushed.We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. The manager never came to our table. Very disappointed! We have been a regular Customer for 10 years or more. My husband requested broccoli and i asked that it be cooked well done but we received asparagus. By the time we received our meal i was so frustrated. We have never had a bad experience at Chili's in the past.

We arrived early afternoon and nobody was at the door. Not a good start. BUT the food was excellent especially the salmon. Our server was very good, getting our complicated order perfectly. 5 stars.

Well, it's a restaurant attached to a hotel. Not the greatest example of a Chili's but, that is understandably NOT by fault of the staff. Not the worst, but so so. If you could possibly imagine crossing a hospital cafeteria with a Chili's..including the smell of a restroom (by default of being attached at the ground level of a hotel @ the core of the plumbing) then, that would perfectly describe the experience.
