Pizza Hut is a known product, and at this location I've had really solid service. Both in pickup and delivery, and in product quality. I realize many don't like Pizza Hut and that's fine. But as the go-to for when I need something soon. It's more than adequate. All sad, while you may have opinions on the quality of food, it's really pretty solid in what it delivers in terms of product and service, for me, at this location.
Excellent product and service. My only complaint: The dining room is apparently not yet opened. Virtually all other restaurants have reopened. I didn't take off any stars because I assume that, since other Pizza Hut dining rooms are also closed, this policy is dictated by management above the individual business. I hope they reopen soon.
This is one of the oldest pizza huts in Columbia. Today's veggie pan pizza was excellent. Crisp crust. Gooey cheese and tasty veggies. Service was stellar. The server wore multiple hats: greeter, cashier, cook, and waiter. He did and outstanding job & had a fabulous attitude. Pizza hut needs more staff. This fella shouldn't have to work like a mule. For shame pizza hut managers.
July 8th 2022 my order never arrived. Called the store for a refund. They assured me that the Door Dash driver is on their way. I DIDN'T ORDER VIA DOOR DASH! Despite that red flag and the order already being 2 hours late, I waited an hour more. Upon calling to cancel no one would answer the phone. Great to know they dont use their own drivers. I'm still waiting on a refund which corporate has assured me 3 times within this month that it's being processed. I'd say avoid pizza hut altogether. If not then avoid this one. Theres no telling how late your order will be since theres no knowing what orders the Door Dash driver prioritizes. Avoid at all costs so you dont get robbed.
It's pizza hut. Good consistent pizza. Deals are good and comparable to the other national chains. Curbside was spot on pizza was hot a fresh delivered right to the seat of my car.
I ordered July 18, 2021 at night. I always write well done in the special instructions but no pizza hut ever did it except this location. Me and my family enjoyed our pizza and will order here more often. The young man answering the calls was running the store and making sure orders were done correctly. Nice work!
Perfect neighborhood Pizza Hut. Decent service and solid food. Never had an issue here. Hope they bring back dine in at some point.
Hard to fathom level of staff incompetence at this location. Pickup order made at 7:20pm for 2 large pizzas. They were somehow sent out for delivery while I just standing there. Staff continued to claim pizzas were in oven and ready in next 5mins. 45mins later, driver returns with the pizzas where a pony tailed staffer quietly puts them in the warmer, and them removes them to hand me the pizzas. I refuse to take these pizza not knowing where they were or if they were opened. Only after they noticed I was phone recording them were new pizzas now put in oven. Once these new pizzas were handed to me, they were incorrect as they were medium. I had ordered large. With a kid in car, just very frustrated took this incorrect order. On my way out a young lady who came to store right after me at about 7:23pm asked about her pizza carry out order. Was told very familiar story..pizza in oven and be right out. A full 50mintues of us both waiting on our orders where the tv update screen showed they were ready long long time ago!
This Pizza Hut has been in this location for years. It made it through the Pandemic and continues to give great customer service. The pizza always hits the spot. I like cheese and sausage and sometimes just veggie.
Very cringe-y. Ants, outdated, dark, hot. I had a craving for "sit down pizza hut " it was the only one we could find. I was excited no one else was in the dining room when we arrived. When we walked in the young men employees looked at us like "what are you doing here?", lol I get it, there's probably not a ton of in person dining happening. But we left as soon as we noticed more than 20 ants, leaving some food behind because I was starting to itch. Husband said the mens room was so filthy he couldn't use it to wash his hands. We tossed our brownie for fear ants were crawling in it before we realized how many there were. Just overall, no thank you. I'm scratching now thinking of it. *shiver *
