As previous customers rate. Customer Services extremely poor. I walked to the store, no greeting, staff and other employees chat until their conversation completed, then they turned around and looked at you withou saying. May i help you today? I walked out of this store. Management should be trained grown adults how acknowledge customers.

I have ordered delivery from this store 6 times and of those six times, there have only been two "questionable" experiences. The first time I called in, the got my order wrong because they heard "white" sauce when I said "light" sauce. The second time they told me they didn't serve in my area... I'm not sure if they had an employee change or what but since then the service has been perfect; nothing at all to complain about. They're pretty friendly when I call in and now I can just give them my number and ask for my "usual" and they just know what it is. The delivery time averages about 30 minutes. Twice they delivered within 20 minutes, so I gave the driver a better tip. Three times they delivered 30+ but never more than 45 minutes from the time I called. The quality of pizza itself is great. It's always hot when it gets here. Sometimes my 2 Liter isn't cold but that's not a big deal. Initially, I was worried about ordering here, because of the negative reviews, but I LOVE pizza hut, when you can get a good store. I would say that if they were poorly serviced before, that's not the case anymore (as of late 2016-2017). I would recommend you give them a chance because 4/6 times, for me, the experience has been PERFECT. Those aren't bad odds.

Why do you advertise closes at 12am when you can't order food a minute before? You really close at 11:30! Dominoes on the other hand actually closes at midnight cause they actually took my order at 11:56 after you guys abandoned me at 12:53! SMH The backstory is this: I went online to order a pizza round 11:35pm. Before I knew it, by time I was done double checking for coupons and signing in, it was 11:50. I went to place the order and the website told me I could not carryout at this time. So I called the store round 11:52 and was waiting to order for over a minute before someone got on to tell me I couldn't because the store closed in 5 minutes. I asked him what time did they stop taking orders-he said 11:30. I mentioned I had been on line for the last 20 minutes trying to order until finally being told I couldn't ( wasting all that time I could have called in to get my pizza ordered). He then places me on hold (wasting more of my time) just to have someone tell me the same thing. I was thinking I had a chance and I thought he had gone to go ask if he could make a pizza. I hung up and called Dominoes and ordered a pizza at 11:56 with no problems. This is a reminder of why I stopped buying from Pizza Sut. Y'all need to step it up! Dominoes y'all rock just cause you know how to properly stick to a CLOSING TIME and value customer service!!

Edit 6/20/17 Carry out service was good as well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered carry out no issue's with my order and the customer services was good as well. Since i didn't place my order ahead of time i had to wait about 20 min for 2 large pizza's an a order of wings not too bad. Plus stuffed crust pizza mmm

Pizza Hut has made its way back into the lineup of places i order from. With the $5 menu its a hard bargain to beat elsewhere. It's better quality than other places offering a $5(hotnready) pizza and they give you a lot of options of crust topping and sauce drizzles that make the flavors customizable to your liking. Not perfect as its still chain pizza but still good pizza.
